On 28 October I published a Written Statement informing Members that the Secretary of State for Wales had laid a draft of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2025 before the UK Parliament.

That Order has now been approved by both Houses of Parliament and was made by the Secretary of State on 15 December 2025.
